1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, configuring, or using Copy in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's own Terms and policies.
If you do not agree, do not use the bot and remove it from your server.
2. Eligibility and Authority
- You must be allowed to use Discord under applicable law and Discord requirements.
- If you add or configure the bot for a server, you confirm you are authorized by that server's owner or admins.
3. What Copy Does
- Automates server workflows such as auto threads, counting channels, and auto reactions.
- Provides utility commands for emojis, stickers, user/server info, and moderation helpers.
- Supports role automation for boosters, vanity status checks, and clan tag checks.
- Includes owner-only diagnostics and permission audit tools.
4. Required Permissions and Setup Responsibility
- Some modules require permissions such as Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Manage Guild, and View Audit Log.
- The bot also uses Discord privileged intents (including message content, members, and presence) for configured features.
- Server administrators are responsible for choosing where and how the bot is enabled.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use the bot only for legitimate server operations and community management.
- Respect Discord rules, user rights, and all applicable laws.
- Inform your members when automated moderation or role automation is active.
6. Prohibited Use
- Do not use Copy to harass, spam, abuse, or target other users.
- Do not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the bot service.
- Do not use the bot to violate Discord policy, privacy rights, or local law.
7. Third-Party Services
Copy depends on Discord infrastructure, including Discord API and Discord CDN endpoints, to operate several features.
Copy is an independent bot and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord, Inc.
8. Availability and Feature Changes
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Uptime and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
Features may be updated, added, restricted, or removed at any time for maintenance, compliance, or security reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the bot owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to bot use.
You are responsible for your own server configuration, moderation choices, and permission model.
10. Suspension and Termination
- Copy access may be suspended or limited for abuse, security risk, or policy violations.
- Server admins can remove the bot at any time.
- Data handling after removal is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and date shown on this page control.
